Your custom portrait can be ordered by contacting Carolyn, either by email or by phone. The first step is this contact where it can be decided exactly what the client wants.
Half of the cost of the portrait, either in pastels or watercolor, will be due at this time. Next a photo is sent to Carolyn and she does the card reading to decide on the animal totem that the client wants. The client can request a certain animal.
The portrait is then created, and sprayed with a fixative for preservation. Final payment including shipping charge is due at this time. It is then mailed to the client, along with a personal brochure that gives the cards that were pulled on the client’s behalf. The brochure is also a teaching tool that provides definitions for understanding of the Medicine Wheel and Directions with meanings.
The portrait, if created in pastels, takes from six weeks to two months for delivery; if watercolor, at least two months. If it appears that this will take longer, due to amount of work that is ahead, Carolyn will work out an arrangement for time.
The art is mailed
in sturdy, protective mailers and insured. All work is submitted to the
client with the good intentions of fairness and satisfaction.
